This data is the result of over 750,000 users of luminosity that took a survey. So yeah it has some legitimacy
1. Exercise 2-3 times per week. This has been found to give a 6% improvement. Be careful to not overdo it. 7 or more times a week leads to big drop off
2.Get some book learnin: Readers of books, magazines o newspapers performed 13% better than non book readers
3. A dink after a long day is ok: Having 1 or 2 is ok. Anything more though performed the worst
4.Those who play a musical instrument at least once a week had better game performance overall. This gave a 3% performance increase over those that don't
5.Don't over sleep. Those that sleep 10 hours a day perform just as bad as those that get 5 hours per day. 7 hours is optimal
